TYPE: POWER PITCHING CAMP + VIDEO ANALYSIS
*Camp includes:
- Detailed step by step workout plan from camp itinerary/sample template weekly throwing: warmup, throwing drills, recovery
- All players will throw bullpens on camp day with video taken
- How to throw various pitches (depending on age): breaking balls, change ups, 2 seams, etc
- Video analysis with key points of what to focus on for training drills / areas that need most improvement
- Follow up support from Cory Hall
- Instruction will also include: how to hold runners on, pickoffs to 1B/2B, PFP (pitcher fielding practice)
